1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

To provide our collectors with full transparency, we use a clear mathematical timeline for every order:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

We believe in a simple, worry-free shopping experience.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within the United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time to ensure the highest safety during transit for our premium collectibles.

3. Order Tracking with AfterShip

We provide real-time, branded tracking for every shipment so you can follow your figures from our facility to your doorstep.

  • Notifications: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

  • Portal: Track your package directly via our Track Order page.

  • Carrier Partners: We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

4. Shipping Territories & Restrictions

  • Exclusivity: Currently, Rovinta ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure, hand-delivered quality.

  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Taxes & Duties

As a Florida-based company, sales tax will be applied at checkout for Florida residents in accordance with state law. For all other states, no additional customs or tariffs apply as we ship domestically within the USA.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials for inspection.

  • Email your order number and photos of the damage to contact@rovinta.space.
