We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Process

  • Approval: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address for our Florida facility.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping Fees

We believe in fair and transparent shipping policies for our collectors:

  • For Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, Rovinta will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. (Return Shipping: No Cost).

  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product or no longer want the item, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. (Return Shipping: Customer Responsibility).

5. Restocking Fees

To ensure a premium shopping experience, Rovinta does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
